How does the bespoke wheel design process work?

Our process follows four precision-engineered steps: 1) Design Consultation – one-on-one session with our engineering team to understand your vision; 2) CAD Blueprint – detailed technical drawings with JWL-certified specifications; 3) Material Selection – choose from aerospace-grade aluminum and premium finishes; 4) CNC Forging – precision manufacturing with robotic automation. The entire process takes 6-9 weeks from approval to delivery.

Can I see my design before production starts?

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive CAD blueprints and 3D-rendered visualizations of your custom design before any manufacturing begins. You’ll receive detailed cross-section views showing structural specifications, finish samples, and engraving previews. No production starts without your explicit approval.

What customization options are available?

What is GripSafe technology and why does it matter?

GripSafe is AEGIS RIM’s patented anti-blowout bead-lock system. During tire pressure loss or blowout, the wheel’s structural design instantly locks the tire bead, preventing detachment and maintaining vehicle control even at zero PSI. This transforms a catastrophic emergency into a manageable situation, protecting lives on every road. All GripSafe wheels are JWL/VIA/DOT certified.
