Policy Overview

Return Period

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchases exceeding this period are not eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility (Strict Requirements)

The item must be unused, unmounted (no tire installed), and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging.

Exclusion

Any product that has been installed on a vehicle or shows signs of use is not eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Designed or Specially Ordered Wheels: Any wheels designed or specially ordered based on unique customer specifications.
  • Used or Installed Wheels: Any wheels and parts that have been installed on a vehicle or show signs of wear.
  • Customer Damage: Damage due to improper handling, accidental damage, or reasons not caused by our error.

Note: The clause regarding the non-refundability of sale or promotional items has been removed from this policy.

Custom Design Service Terms

Design Fee is Non-Refundable

The custom design service is created based on your unique specifications and its fee is not eligible for a refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we are committed to providing a design revision service until you are completely satisfied.

Exchanges and Return Shipping

Exchanges

We only replace items under the following conditions. Please contact Customer Service to initiate the process:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (including non-human-caused defects discovered upon installation).
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

Return Shipping

Fee Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Deduction from Refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Procedure

  1. Receipt and Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item.
  2. Notification of Result: We will notify you via email of the receipt of your returned item, and the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  3. Refund Execution: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds?

First check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
