Continental United States: Domestic shipments within the continental U.S. are handled through trusted carriers with tracking provided for all orders.

International Destinations: We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Each wheel is individually wrapped with protective foam inserts and placed in reinforced double-wall cartons. The packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of international shipping while protecting the finish and structural integrity of your wheels.

For complete wheel sets, each wheel is packaged separately and consolidated into a master shipping container with additional protection between units.

Adult Signature Required: All AEGIS RIM wheel deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. This ensures secure handoff and provides documentation of successful delivery.

If you will not be available to receive your shipment, please consider designating an authorized recipient or selecting a secure delivery location where an adult can sign for the package.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification via email with your shipment tracking number and carrier information. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

For orders with multiple shipments or split deliveries, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment component.

Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. While our premium packaging is designed to protect your wheels, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

Before signing for your delivery, visually inspect the outer packaging for any signs of damage, crushing, or punctures. If external damage is evident, note this on the delivery receipt and document it with photographs.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. This includes street address, apartment or suite number (if applicable), city, state/province, postal code, and country.

AEGIS RIM is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees from the carrier.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential import duties and taxes before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned, and the customer remains responsible for all associated costs.

If your shipment appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to investigate the status of your shipment.

In the rare event that a shipment is confirmed lost, AEGIS RIM will work with you to file a claim and arrange for a replacement shipment or refund as appropriate.
