Welcome to AEGIS RIM’s premium products and services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, custom forged wheel products, related design services, and any associated software. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

1. Use of Service and Account
1.1 Service Access
- You commit to using the Services solely for lawful purposes and adhering to all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Our Services may require account creation. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
1.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities conducted under your account.
- You must immediately notify AEGIS RIM of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
2. Product Ordering, Customization, and Risk
2.1 Order Acceptance
- All wheel orders submitted through our Service are subject to our acceptance and confirmation.
- AEGIS RIM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
2.2 Custom/Made-to-Order Products and Design Services
- Custom forged wheels are manufactured to your unique, non-standard specifications (e.g., specific fitment, offsets, finish). Therefore, all sales are final once an order is confirmed and moves into the engineering or manufacturing phase, except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.
- The custom design service fee, which covers engineering and rendering work, is non-refundable.
- AEGIS RIM is not responsible for any fitment errors or incompatibilities resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
2.3 Pricing and Payment
- All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- You agree to pay the applicable price, taxes, and shipping costs for any products you purchase.
2.4 Product Safety Warning and GripSafe Function Limits (Critical Warning)
GripSafe Feature Definition: If your wheel includes the “GripSafe” or other safety assistance features, this functionality is designed to provide temporary, limited mobility after tire pressure loss or a flat tire, enabling you to safely pull the vehicle over to an appropriate location.
User Responsibility and Restriction: GripSafe is NOT designed for, nor does it guarantee, sustained high-speed, extreme, or reckless driving after damage. You must immediately slow down and stop the vehicle safely as soon as possible in compliance with our product instructions and all applicable traffic laws.
Disclaimer: AEGIS RIM assumes no liability for any accident, damage, injury, or consequence resulting from the user’s misunderstanding, misuse, or abuse of the GripSafe feature (including, but not limited to, continued reckless driving, exceeding recommended speed limits, or failing to follow safe stopping procedures). The customer bears all risks associated with non-compliance with this warning.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 AEGIS RIM Property
Our Services and all content within them, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, and software, are the exclusive property of AEGIS RIM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2 Product Designs
Ownership and intellectual property rights in any designs, renderings, or blueprints created or provided for your custom wheel order remain with AEGIS RIM. You are granted a non-exclusive, personal use license to receive and utilize the finished wheel product.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEGIS RIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our Services or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Disclaimer
Our Services and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Texas, USA.
