Design Philosophy
Where conventional designs route stress through a small number of primary spokes, the Iron Cage distributes impact loads across its interconnected spoke matrix. Each node junction is machined to its exact required thickness — nowhere is material duplicated. The result is a wheel that absorbs kerb strikes and pothole impacts that would crack a conventional design, without adding unnecessary weight.

Why It's Built This Way
The cage matrix was validated using topological optimisation software — the software deleted material until structural failure occurred, then the minimum-material design was re-engineered with 15% safety margin. The visible design is that result.
