Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with AEGIS RIM or using aegisrim.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order or use this website. These terms apply to all sales of AEGIS RIM products worldwide.

All orders are subject to acceptance by AEGIS RIM. An order is confirmed only upon:

—Receipt of your signed order form or written order confirmation.

—Payment of the required deposit (50% of total order value, or as agreed in writing).

—Our written confirmation of the order.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including unavailability of production capacity, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of shipping, customs duties, and local taxes unless explicitly included in the written quote.

Payment terms:

—Deposit: 50% of total order value due at order confirmation. Production begins after deposit is received and cleared.

—Balance: remaining 50% due before shipment. We will invoice you when your order is ready to ship.

—Accepted payment methods: bank wire transfer (T/T), and other methods as agreed in writing.

Pricing is fixed at the time of order confirmation and is not subject to currency fluctuations after deposit is received.

Quoted lead times are estimates. Production lead times of 6–12 weeks begin from the date deposit is received and order specifications are finalized.

AEGIS RIM will not be liable for delays caused by:

—Supplier or logistics disruptions beyond our control.

—Customer changes to specifications after order confirmation.

—Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

—Force majeure events.

If production is delayed by more than 4 weeks beyond the originally quoted lead time for reasons within our control, we will notify you promptly.

All AEGIS RIM wheels are built to the specifications confirmed at time of order. It is the customer's responsibility to verify:

—Bolt pattern (PCD) accuracy for the intended vehicle.

—Offset compatibility with vehicle suspension geometry.

—Tire clearance in the intended application.

—Compliance with local regulations, including load rating requirements.

Custom orders (bespoke sizes, finishes, and specifications) are non-refundable once production has commenced. Specifications cannot be changed after the order is confirmed without our written agreement and may result in additional charges and extended lead times.

All orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier. AEGIS RIM arranges shipping insurance at full declared value on all shipments. Claims for transit damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

AEGIS RIM warrants its forged aluminum wheels against:

—Structural defects in materials or workmanship: 2-year limited warranty from date of purchase.

—Finish defects: 1-year limited warranty against peeling, flaking, or delamination under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

—Damage from accidents, curb impact, road hazard, or improper installation.

—Corrosion resulting from failure to maintain wheels or exposure to road chemicals.

—Cosmetic wear from normal use.

—Damage caused by use of incorrect tire sizes, incorrect fitment, or improper torque at installation.

—Wheels used in motorsport or track applications.

Warranty claims must be submitted to [email protected] with proof of purchase and photographs. We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approving a warranty claim.

Due to the custom-manufacture nature of our products:

—**Orders may be cancelled** without penalty within 48 hours of confirmation and before production commences.

—**After production commences**, orders cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.

—**Completed orders** are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects covered by our warranty.

If we ship incorrect products or products with manufacturing defects, we will replace them at no cost after inspection and verification.

All content on aegisrim.com, including text, images, designs, logos, and the GripSafe Technology name and description, is the intellectual property of AEGIS RIM or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

GripSafe Technology is patented. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of GripSafe Technology is prohibited and may constitute patent infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

—AEGIS RIM's liability for any claim arising from the sale of our products is limited to the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

—We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

—We are not liable for vehicle damage, personal injury, or third-party claims arising from incorrect fitment, improper installation, or use of our products outside their intended specification.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AEGIS RIM is incorporated. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or submission of a new order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
