Deflation-Accurate Monitoring
The sensor cavity in every GripSafe® wheel is engineered to isolate the NEX Senser module from rim deflection stresses. Most aftermarket TPMS modules lose accuracy when the wheel deforms under load loss. NEX Senser reads within ±0.5 PSI from full inflation to 0 PSI — the precise moment when accurate data matters most.
Integrated Wheel Architecture
NEX Senser is not an afterthought bolted to the valve stem. The mounting cavity is machined into the wheel during production, positioning the sensor at the optimal location relative to the tire bead. This eliminates the balance disruption and aerodynamic drag of external TPMS units.
Real-Time Bluetooth Alerts
Pressure and temperature data transmit every two seconds when moving. A configurable alert threshold — set by the driver for their specific tire requirements — triggers an audible and visual notification at the threshold crossing, not after a dangerous delay.
Five-Year Battery Life
The CR2032 battery is rated for five years of normal driving cycles. Replacement requires no wheel removal — the sensor module is accessible from the exterior face of the wheel. Battery status is reported through the companion app.
IP67 Durability
Rated for full immersion to one meter depth for thirty minutes. Road splash, pressure washing, and extreme temperature cycling do not affect measurement accuracy. The sensor housing is sealed with a fluorosilicone gasket that maintains integrity from -40°C to +125°C.
Multi-Wheel Management
A single NEX Senser app instance manages up to four sensors simultaneously, showing real-time pressure and temperature per corner. Threshold alerts can be set independently per wheel — useful for staggered fitments with different recommended pressures front to rear.
