Design Philosophy
The Aurora's ten swept spokes follow the rotational airflow path, actively directing heat away from the brake rotor during sustained braking. Ultra-lightweight monoblock construction sits at the lower end of the SAGA weight range without any reduction in JWL structural rating — a balance achieved through grain-flow forging that maximises material efficiency along every load path.
All wheels forged to order. Lead time 8 – 12 weeks. GripSafe® Technology standard on every AEGIS RIM wheel.
Why It's Built This Way
Spoke curvature is derived from CFD airflow modelling at 120 km/h. Each spoke edge is chamfered at 15° to minimise drag coefficient and audible wind noise at highway speed.
