Design Philosophy
The Conquest is engineered for operators who need absolute certainty at the limits of traction. The spoke geometry maximises mud clearance while the GripSafe® mechanical bead-lock system eliminates tire debeading risk at the reduced tire pressures required for rock crawling and sand driving. Six structural spokes, each forged to a rectangular cross-section, are spaced to allow self-clearing under forward motion.
All wheels forged to order. Lead time 8 – 12 weeks. GripSafe® Technology standard on every AEGIS RIM wheel.
Why It's Built This Way
Spoke spacing is calculated to pass a 38 mm mud ball under rotation — the NATO standard for cross-country vehicle wheel clearance. The Conquest passes this standard at all rated speeds.
